Is near a way to see what wattage my power supply is for my desktop? Preferably lacking opening the tower up, but if that's the solitary way later I can. Thanks!
How do I know what size power supply I enjoy?
don't think so. try checking the pay for of the psu. sometimes there's a sticker or switch with the voltage written on it.
simply way is to uncap your tower and read the specifications on the sticker attached to the power supply. In over 18 years repairing these things never found any other way
sometimes the power supply specifications are shown at the pay for of the case , so check that !
but for , you have to sympathetic the case:
-put the bag so it's front is to your right.
-remove the cover that is facing you in a minute.
-you should see the power supply just at the not here top of the case.
-specifications should be see now , you can read wattage on it .
-if the wattage wasn't mentioned , read Amberage and multiply it next to 220V (or 110 , depends on your house electricity)
