If you have Windows XP, you can try this, start, adjectives programs, accessories, system tools and after character map.



When it appears, click the little box for advanced viewpoint and then conversion the character set to Windows Western.



If that doesn't work, be in motion by the Windows update page and update all critical updates and after try.
