how else can i ground my self(without using static straps etc..) contained by order to ground my self and protect my computer circuits from static electricity from my body? while cleaning the cpu?

Simply lay your arm across the plain metal part of the luggage, and continue touching near at least one arm while handling the part as a whole. When you are equipped to put it back surrounded by place, if removed, again, touch the case first while holding the chip. If you use a vaccuum beside a nozzle, make sure it is a 3 prong plug surrounded by a grounded outlet. Keep one hand on the exposed metal of the skin. Should be no problems.
