How much is the price of a EDGE modem within NY?

i am gonna ask my cousin who lives surrounded by NY to send me a EDGE modem here surrounded by bangladesh. what may be the price? can i get below 150 USD? is so, how will be the talent? as my cousin will not take money from me and also i cannot ask her to transport much expensive items.

Most are over $300 but I have see SIERRA AIRCARD 875 3G HSDPA EDGE GPRS MODEM on EBay for a little over $100. He still may hold to pay taxes or shipping to his home.
