I stored my phone numbers surrounded by pcsuite with window xp. I had to install vista and delete the xp book, but in the process lost pcsuite next to all my phone numbers. I've reinstalled pcsuite, but is nearby any way i can retrieve my phone numbers?

There are notes recovery programs available approaching recuva but I am not optimistic that you will know how to get this particualr notes back. It is credible that you have overwritten the background when you installed Vista. You probably formatted the drive as well so your likelihood of recovery are slim.
If you did an over-the-top install(installed vista over the top of XP) try C:Windows.aged
I am sure you did not HAVE to install Vista. Do you know the file format within which PCsuite stores the phone numbers? That would tell you what to look for.
