... or you could use a software close to NORTON Ghost (Symantec) or similar. (of course, you must have both knotty drives hooked either as primary master/slave or pri. flagstaff./sec. mast./slv.) the copying program could also run from a CD/floppy/flash memory disk.



this channel, you'll have a 100% similar hard drive to the dated one! :) you could even boot from it, if after this you make it pri. master. :)
WinXP have a Files and Settings Transfer Wizard. Go to All Programs | Accesories | System Tools.
Set the hard drive as slave and hook it to the computer later copy what you want.
well try File And Settings Transfer. Go to Start>All Programs>Accesories>System Tools> and next click on file verbs. Never used the program so i would repost if you have a problem
