How do i find my control panel on my GERMAN computer?

In German you click on START - Systemsteuerung (control panel)
No doubt it is German or American computer, if it is Windows XP or Vista, run Control Panel from the Run command surrounded by the Start menu. If it is Windows 2000 or other, go to Control Panel which is within My Computer.
