Like 4 drives.
How do I be paid things primary master and lesser master?
Look at the physical drive. There will be a set of pins between the power plug and the cable plug. These jersey pins are for setting the master/slave or cable select. On your mother board, you most likely hold two IDE or ATA or SATA ports to plug the cable into . One of these will be marked 1 and the other 2. One is primary and the other is lesser.
Set the jumpers on your drives for Cable select. The drive on the terrifically end of the cable plugged into IDE 1 will be the Primary Master. The second drive plugged into the middle of that same cable will be the Primary Slave.
The drive on the awfully end of the cable plugged into IDE 2 will be the Secondary Master. The second drive plugged into the middle of that same cable will be the Secondary Slave.
Hope that help!
in the motherboard bios
On the motherboard, IDE1 port (usually blue) is PRIMARY. When you connect the IDE ribbon cable to that port, the other train of the cable is MASTER, the mid-connector goes to SLAVE.
IDE2 port (usually white) is SECONDARY. When you connect the IDE ribbon cable to this port, the other pause of the cable is MASTER, the mid-connector goes to SLAVE.
Be sure the jumper of the drives are properly set.
